I'll be thinking of your Lexie, and hoping that she is found by the perfect family for her, and I'll be thinking of you and hoping the heaviness in your heart is soon lifted.

Your doing what is best for her, and that was the only thing that could be done. Please go easy on yourself, and remember that your doing the best thing , not the wrong thing. Giving this beautiful, little yorkie a chance of a new life , is the best thing you could have done after trying everything else.
Soon she will have a new home, and be happy.
Thank you all. I did try.....everything I could think of. I was even willing to live with baby gates until I realized that no one was happy living that way. I wanted it to work so bad. I hated leaving her with people she didn't know.
All of the kind words of everyones' responses is helping me feel a little better. I know I did the right thing, and I know that Lexie will be okay.....I guess it'll just take a little time before I can make myself believe it.
