I really feel for you. I'm so sorry that both Bailey and you are going through this. I agree with the other's posts here; I would definitely get at least a 2nd, if not a 3rd opinion. Do you have friends or relatives in another town who could refer you to a vet? Perhaps even allow you and Bailey to stay a day or two with them so Bailey can be seen and thoroughly (hopefully) examined. Maybe then Bailey might have the proper diagnosis and treatment.
