I am very sorry that it did not work out. But, you did your best and tried. Now, your giving Lexi and second chance to find a new and loving home that she can be happy in. that is something to take pride in.
Your doing what is best for her, and that was the only thing that could be done. Please go easy on yourself, and remember that your doing the best thing , not the wrong thing. Giving this beautiful, little yorkie a chance of a new life , is the best thing you could have done after trying everything else.
Soon she will have a new home, and be happy.
