If I have ears that are very hard to go up, I shave the hair on both sides of the ears all the way down to the top of the head. then I tape the ears by folding the tape along the sides so the ears are outlined with the folded tape. Then I make a bridge across the center connecting the ears together. This usually will stand them up. YOu need to take the tape off every week and massage the ears. If they are not standing, tape them up again. If the cartilage of the ears is broken, the ears will not stand.
