Those are wonderful suggestions. I will definitly be sure to talk more with the breeder a d ask those questions. I think the blankets are a great idea . Maybe I will even send the girls blankets with our scents on them so they can get used to our smells in their own environent and then have the breeder put their familiar scents on it too for the way home maybe? Thank you for sharing your story. She did mention that one was more shy than the other and from what I hear from all these stories that may always be the case. That's ok though, and I think you are right socializing is going to be really important. I just hope they aren't agressive to strangers, that will make the process longer and more dificult, but we will take it one step at a time. One more question , I think it's probably best to get them bonded to us and trusting us before I move on to socializing right? How will I know when that point is? That they are ready ?
