Uhoh.
Then it sounds an awful lot like pancreatitis.
I would recommend Googling it.
Some can come out of it at home but for some dogs it can be fatal.
If he isn't 100% better and you think this is what it is, his pancreas needs to rest and he should really be on an IV (no food or water by mouth).
The vet can test for it if you're concerned.
My guess would be that this piece of meat was a pork product (including ham and bacon), dark meat turkey or possibly beef?
Did his abdomen hurt to the touch?
Hopefully something just upset his stomach though.
