Because is is too young to have had all of his shots and he is so tiny, I would probably hospitalize him. PediaLyte is great if he is keeping it down. At this age, I'd be extremely concerned about parvo. Could somebody have given him some fatty meat the night before he started throwing up?
If he does dehydrate which would be very easy in a pup his size, he could go into cardiac arrest.
I hope he is feeling better.
