So I've had Bentley since November 8th. He's been a 'good' dog for the most part. But lately, he's been getting an attitude. I leave him in a play pin while I'm at work. When I get home from work, I used to pick him up immediately and let him run around and within 5 minutes, he would pee on the carpet. So a friend told me to wait to pick him up until he pees on his pee pad in his pin and then pick him up. So I started doing that. But now, he wimpers for about 10-15 minutes trying to get me to pick him up. Then, he gets mad at me and will pee on the carpet outside of his pee pad. Then he turns around on his bed with his back to me (I'm sitting on the couch) and ignores me. He periodically turns around and looks at me but keeps his back to me. I know he's peeing outside of his pee pad to make me mad. I can tell. Because he always uses his pee pad when he is in his pin. I don't know what to do and I need help. I'm really trying to potty train him to only use it on the pee pad. But he just gets mad at me. Please help!
