well as soon as i posted this i put her in there with the babies and she layed down and started licking them so i took one and put the bottle in its mouth and then put some milk on her teets and sure enough the little guys latched on. they have been nursing for a little while. not sure if they r gettin any milk or not!! should i still feed them inbetween them nursing?? momma has gone crazy chewin on the umbilical cord. is that normal??? i am just scared she is gonna chew a little leg or something! oh and i gave her some whelping pudding and she loved it. ate the whole bowl of it!!! this is gonna be a long night. lol... they baies r not cryin or anything so i guess they r gettin some milk. i will feed them if they get fussy!!! |
