I just got a yorkie pup a few weeks ago - Hayley is now 3 1/2 months old and weighs 2.0 lbs. She is very picky about the brand of pee pad she will use. I had one brand that she used fine, and then I found these new ones that are supposed to have a grass scent. But guess what?? She didn't want anything to do with those! So I had to go back to the first brand I was using and now she uses those. She is picky...very weird. She goes pee and poop on them. She doesn't usually miss when she pees, but once in awhile when she poops she misses by an inch or so, but hey, I am still proud because she knows where to go. Once in awhile she will pee on the carpet but that is rare. I am trying to get her to ding the bell on the door to let me know she needs to go outside, but so far no luck with that (it has only been a week). I think these tiny dog breeds are just hard to train....I guess we need patience.
