Today I went to ebay to file a dispute, and from there, was sent to Paypal. I guess since I paid with Paypal, I was to use their resolution center and then if that didn't work, I would go through Ebay. Well, guess what...an hour or two later, I got an email from Paypal saying the dispute is now closed as the seller agreed to a refund and he paid it already...including shippiing. I wasn't told to mail the thing back to him, so I'll just leave it in the garage a few days and then put it out with the garbage. I didn't really expect a refund...I mainly wanted to give that seller something to think about...but I'm tickled I got my money back! Thanks to all for your helpful response! |
