If this is something that has just started it would make me think she is acting out trying to tell you something. It's not so much that she is wanting to chew, like puppies have the urge to, but that she is trying to let you know that she is bored. Perhaps, even with the companion and toys, she is really just bored-stir crazy-has cabin fever. Can you get her out for walks every day? Dogs need some type of out of the house activity, walking is the best. At least 30 minutes once a day. If the weather doesn't permit that, try and get her out to a pet store or other dog friendly store to walk around and see the sites. Even car rides help. There are a lot of YT'ers here in Texas, can you find a some around you to do play dates with?
Have you tried any of the treat balls type toys that are out. Ones were she has to work out the puzzle to get the treat out? Anything to stimulate the mind. Good luck, let us know what you find that works.
