I'm sorry about your Jezebel.
I know unforseen things can happen that anyone can be unprepared for .
I was speaking more in terms of knowing people ( personally) that think they
deserve to have a dog , even though they know they can't take real care of it , not unforeseen future things , but right now basic things...yet they still think they deserve it just because they want it. Unfortunately I have seen them put their desire to "have it now" above what is best for the future pet.
