People need to be honest with themselves about the price they are willing to spend( or can honestly afford) and if a breeders pup's are not in their price range , thank them for their time and move on to a breeder you can afford . If the breeder is willing to negotiate on a pup that is their decision , but acting like you are entitled to it is a sure fire way to turn anybody off !
