I am lucky to have my fiance home in the winter months, so he can do the initial puppy watch and I only work 5 minutes from home, so I get to come home every day for lunch. I will definitely start my vacation the day she has the pups. I am lucky to have three weeks. I just have to put in for it ahead of time, so I will be lucky if it's over the holidays, but January is a slow month, so it shouldn't be too bad.
