 Wow!
First of all I joined this forum to learn more about Yorkies, secondly it was actually Betty, from Moon Valley Kennel, that suggested that I post asking about her kennel.(not a move someone who has "questionable service" would make) . I had done all my on-line research to find the right dog for my enviroment, and have always wanted a Yorkie. It fits my lifestyle and my family. My husband spoke to Betty on a Wed. and was very impressed with her knowledge. My husband and I met with Betty and some of her wonderful puppies on the following Sat., She sat with us for more that a couple of hours as we asked question after question, spent time with 3 puppies she had picked out for us to take a look at. Never once did Betty try to "sell" us a puppy. Betty told us many stories of people who were totally satisfied with their Yorkie pup, and she did not hesitate to tell us about problems that she had experienced with others. She made us very comfortable with the fact that her puppies are her pride and that she does the very best of her capablity to make sure all parties are satisfied. Betty disclosed the story in question to me before it was a "headline" and then retold the same story to me the exact same way when she called to tell me the story had been released and discussed my position on my soon to be Yorkie pup, Ava. I explained to Betty, my confidence in her was solid, she disclosed all the information to me and allowed me to make my own decision.
I had never met Betty or Rachel before that Sat. and I can honestly and respectfully say, Yorkies are their life and they don't have the kennel that they have because they like "selling" puppies, they have the successful kennel that they have because they LOVE what they do and LOVE Yorkies.
That being said, Lady Avalon (AVA) will be making her grand appearance into my family on Christmas Eve and I am delighted to say that she is a MOON VALLEY KENNEL PUP! |
