I really don't think it will hurt their business at all. More use paypal than those that don't, I think. I am glad they are going all paypal, I hate when I find something I really, really want, and they don't accept paypal. I wish everyone accepted paypal, I think that is one of the safest ways to pay for things on the net. I've had a few ebay sellers try to rip me off, and paypal got my money back for me every time.
