I would test for parvo, when you open her mouth isher jaw tightened at all? also a good way to tell if she is hydrated is to pinch the scruff on her neck and lift it up in a tent shape if it returns right aay to normal she's good if it goes slowly back or leaves any tent shape at all she is dehydrated.
I have just seen so many stories of the babies being fine one day and get to a point of no return within hours .. catching things erly is crucial.. Gucci and I will pray for her to get better.
