I agree, I'd take her to the ER vet right away, she could have something simple to something like parvo and that is a SERIOUS condition.. if she had already been in contact with something, then received a vaccine it WOULD NOT protect her from it and she would show signs of illness still..
I would just have her seen especially if she isn't drinking that is not a great sign.

PARVO
Campylobacter
Coccidia and Giardia (fecal exam)
