We've just passed the 48 hour mark and things are going well. I will be calling the rescue place tomorrow and let them know we're keeping him!
He seems comfortable and content here and we've had very few problems. I do believe he will be an alpha once his true personality surfaces...he and my dh had a small stand-off tonight when he must have thought that my safety was jeoparadized...dh was being goofy doing a little moonwalk-shuffle kind of thing and suddenly stopped right in front of me, I guess wanting my applause or something.
Little guy sat straight up and barked/growled at dh, but dh took the alpha role and won the stare-down! LOL He really is a sweet boy and I am so glad I found him!
