That is a lot of sleep for a full grown dog
Have you specifically asked your Vet about this issue?
Also ... are you sure she's sleeping while you are asleep?
Is it possible she has her days and nights mixed up?
Little dogs .... esp Yorkies love checking out things that go bump in the night
She might be awake while you don't even know it
