Sincs she is so young, I would think the breeder could get rid of it before bringing her home. I bought a gunea pig years ago that had ringworm and I had to take her in for sulfa baths and treat her at home. The petstore paid for all her treatment. It is contagious and I ended up getting it too and had to go to the dermatologist for ointment. Have you been to the breeders home? Does it look ok? I would see what the vet says and then decide.
