I hope both of you are able to find the puppy that best fits your families. Yorkies are great companions. I do want to say in defense of the rescues, if we say they are not suitable for young children it is because we have had them in our home and know that the furbaby does not do well with them. However we do not have a rule against children. However as an owner with grandchildren I will tell you that the smaller the furbaby the more likely a child, no matter how careful, will accidently hurt the furbaby. Their little bones are so delicate. I have found the bigger Yorkie (loving called teapots here) are usually a little sturdier. I do wish you both the best of luck in finding your forever furbabies. Merry Christmas. |
