Gizmo is very prone to ear infections, and we started doing the vinegar wash after every bath. Has your pup had a bath recently? If water gets trapped in the ear, it can lead to an infection.
The wash can burn if he's really irritated, so I would be careful if you're already seeing signs.
I would really run him to the vet tomorrow. An ear infection can get bad fast.
