When I got Roxy she was 6 mts. and trained on the pad thing. I crate trained all my dogs and she was no different. I don't personally like the thought of the dog going in the house, you have to just take the time to wait it out-out side. She is 7 mts. now and goes out side to do any bussiness. There were times and still are that it's raining, snowing, blowing, I'm freezing, she's wining, but I try to be paitent and just keep saying go potty. If you are rushing they just won't go!....but then again we all like our quiet time don't we...lol...
