It was an in house test, he rerun the test to rule out Lyme disease. I also read that when blood is drawn from the jugular, in small dogs, this could happen. What has me really worried is how high the MCHC is, 43.6 (range 31.0-36.0) so again, I read that low PLT, and high MCHC could be signs of cancer, among other things.
