We went to the vet today since Max was sneezing and was congested, or so I thought. The vet could not hear anything with the stethoscope, he took xrays, one of his sinus,throat, trachea, the other one of his lungs, lungs looked clear, so did the rest.He run a blood test which came back abnormal, low platelets and some other count were high.He prescribed prednisone in case of inflammation, he is loosing his "voice", it sounds really funny when he barks.
I'm really worried, not because of the cold, but because of the blood counts.
Before I give him his med. I like to hear your opinions.The vet did not seem to concerned. I don't remember ever feeling like this, my kids were never sick, nothing serious anyways, and this is driving me nuts.
