Yuki is with me everyday at work. I have the privilege of managing the office condos and live right here too. He sleeps in a small cat cave bed which I keep on the desk. When I have to take care of business- outside I crate him. I use to put him in a play pen, but he seems to tolerate the crate better. I think you can just see what your situation allows...If you can keep a crate at work, or find a folding one, or a small bed...under the desk...just don't spend too much money on anything YET! Until you see what works best for you....you might even move things around to come up with different ideas that would work in your situation...
You might be surprised how much you change the living situation for the dog at work until you find what works best...bed, potty, food & water, visitors, ETC....
