The problem is you really don't know when she conceived. She could have conceived days after she was bred. I would not take the puppy that early because you risk the chance the puppy will not be developed enough. I know of a lady that let her vet do a planned c-section and all the puppies died because they were too premature. How big is your female? Even if the puppy appears big it is still possible she could deliver it. I know one lady that was told her female was going to have a big puppies and the vet did a planned c-section and the puppies were small. Over the years I have had a number of singleton pups and only one required a c-section and she was a 5 lb female. I pray all goes well with your momma. Please keep us posted
