Yes I had this happen to me where they said the puppies were free and I had to pay a shipping cost and other stuff like that.
I wasn't sure about it and posted info on my car forum and someone told me to look out because there were scams around like that. Sure enough I called the internet police and reported it. Not sure how far it got. But they looked into my email acct to find the domain and such info.
Normally they have bad grammar and can't spell. Always inquire before sending $$ over the net. They also didn't have large photos to email me of the pups so this put up a flag for me!!
