The initial resumes taken for the 11 positions were 3,000. Out of that, 300 were tested and 150 were invited for a second set of interviews.

After I made it through the 2nd set of interviews at the chemical plant I work at.....I was asked to sign a release for a background check.

The background check took about a week. I was told it included criminal history, past employment as well as credit history.

Three weeks later 11 people were called for physicals and drug screening. I'm glad I made it through.
