A lot of small dogs have reverse sneezing. My oldest yorkie has been doing it for probably around 4 years. They don't need to really be on anything for it, the vet said if it gets bad enough, you can give benadryl. I just put my hand over the yorkies nose when she starts doing her sneezing, then, she has to breathe out of her mouth, which stops the attacks
