We had a puppy once with ringworm, and it took forever to get rid of, but what finally worked with her, we washed her everyday in betadine shampoo, and put lotrimin, antifungal, on the spots everyday. We did it well past when her hair started to come back, and within a month it was gone!! Once it was gone, we just spring cleaned, swept, washed curtains, ect, and I have never had a problem since.
