YAY! Keep in mind- the diarrhea might not go away right away- the food the vet gave you probably in'st a great food and Izzy is used to the food you are feeding which is a high quality food. If the antibiotics are doing the trick- i'd skip the canned food and just do your own boiled chicken and rice. Also since he is on antibiotics he should be getting some pro biotic yogurt to counter act the bad affects of antibiotics.
