Oh goodness. It could be reverse sneezing. However, if he was recently put under - it could very well be from being intubated. Some vets/techs are NOT skilled at intubating these tiny babies (or, perhaps - they don't have tiny enough equipment) and they can damage the throat. After my Marcel was neutered, he felt GREAT - but was throwing up food for no reason - he was also swallowing really *hard* all the time. I finally determined that his throat/gag reflex was SO irritated by the intubation, that it was being stimulated constantly - and when he ate, the stimulation would cause him to vomit. It finally stopped after about 10 days!! So, if you think this may be it, it might resolve after a while. However, I'd almost call the vet and tell them you suspect this - and ask if there is anything you can do if 1) the throat is irritated or 2) the intubation is leading to CT.
