a few months ago sasha had the same problem with the vomiting and gurgling. she threw up a little bit for three days her vet said she had pancreatitis. he said that she got it from eating fatty feeds. He said that ceasars food has a lot of fat in it. so i would check to see how much fat she is eating. i know you said she only eats chicken but the gurgling is probly her stomache digesting fat. I would definatley talk woth her vet. Cause with Sasha, they gave her some fluids and put her on a very bland diet for a few days. I had to buy a special dog food from them called I.D. |
