I hope Mamma has changed her mind as the pups are way too young for hard or soft food. At about 5 1/2 weeks I soften kibble with water (I NEVER feed canned food!) and mush it with a fork. They definitely still nurse from Mamma at this time. Every few days I lessen the softeness a little at a time until they are eating it hard. Again, I hope Mamma is nursing. If not, you will have to bottle feed them. Let us know, ok?
