I taped mine for 4 days, but, did it differently. I didn't fold the ear, I took masking tape and went around 1 time, then stuck it together in the front. I did this for 4 days, then when I took it off, one still drooped, so, wrapped it (they say 24 hours at a time after the first time) for 2 hours, and it's been up for 2 days straight now..good luck
