[Texas Yorkie]

Since neutering seems to be the hot topic ... Did your babies stay overnight or come home the same day? How long was it before they were back to normal? My vet wants to keep Harley overnight to "keep him inactive" which would be okay I guess, but no one is there with them overnight. It makes me feel uncomfortable that he will be alone in a strange place. (Will he be so heavily medicated that he'll sleep most of the time?) On the other hand, if I bring him home the same day of the surgery, I'm afraid between our other dog and my two boys I won't be able to keep him calm and quiet. What's everyones opinion on this??
