Bildio, the dogs suffering that I referred to would be the breeding stock and puppies of puppymills - and yes, they do suffer - horribly! Anyone that supplies as many shipments to a pet store is either a broker, puppymill or both. Anyone involved in, or that defends the practice is perpetuating the suffering of dogs, IMO. |
OK, so bildio has posted a few more times....are we now trying to embarrass or intimidate people into not posting if their opinion is different? What is the point in counting the posts?
And I will state once again, I am not defending or supporting Glenda Beavers, just telling my story, the truth, about my experience with her and her dogs. I thought that was the original question? Not ethics and opinions on breeding, showing, exhibiting, etc. I will also repeat, once again, that I think it is a reach to consider Tsa La Gi a "puppy mill" - which was insinuated in an earlier post. Listen, I'm not a professional breeder, exhibitor or dog show expert - just someone that was looking for healthy, pretty, happy dogs. I found this forum which has provided such valuable advice in the past and I hope that those that feel the need to be so judgemental in their opinions will be able to take a step back, and realize that things are not always so black and white. With age comes wisdom and experience, and hopefully some of what I have seen and read recently is just a lack thereof. I really just wish everyone luck in what they are seeking - I am fortunate enough to have found it in the puppies that I have.
