We had one of those too - I called the city and said it was trying to attack my dogs - which is was not at that point, but I did not want to be too careful and they came and caught it or did something. I have not seen it in weeks. Maybe you can call your local animal control - hawks like that should be in the suburbs - they belong in the woods.
