I agree and think that she still should be punished for her behavior. I hope that the SPCA will be called. I'm sure that they wouldn't have allowed her to continue selling the pups in that condition. Everytime I see any animals in bad condition, I want to buy them all and love them, but in reality I would just be helping the people who need to be held accountable. The key is to stop the cycle.
