Food is probably getting trapped in between her baby and adult teeth.
If her baby teeth don't fall out by about one year old (or when she is spayed if you are having that done), they will need to be pulled.

All dogs really should have their teeth brushed and you may find that feeding only dry food isn't going to do much good...
