do you have pictures of his ears? Some ears are too large and the leather is too thick and may not stand like my Kioko...but taping them does help....what i do is shave them front and back...then tape them from 3 to 5 days at a time...take off the tape for a day then if the fall back down then i re tape them...hope that helps...
