Makes sense, however isn't it up to the breeder prior to the puppy leaving to spay or neuter? This would solve the ruin of the biewer, as you say is being done to the yorkie.
I didn't realize that puppy mills pay so much for a breeder or even as a pet, this is really shocking to hear.
