It is much easier for the boys. I don't know about most but my boy did not et stitches. They just use glue to bring the small incision back together. The doc said it was pretty normal for the boys to start running all over the place. I actually was able to put some ice on my boy a few times. He bruised really bad. I just laid him on his back and placed a papertowel on the bruised section. Then I placed the ice on top of the papertowel.
