Maybe we should include the vets that sign such certificates. Where's the ethics? Don't they do research, and want to make sure pups get a good home? The answer, likely right or wrong is they're just doing their job, and someone has to do it. Where do you draw the line? Ree - I'm not looking for you to defend your comment.
