Wow, I don't know about that only being hypoglycemia since the lady says she's already given nutri-cal....
That's what Miko has looked like in the past during some of his episodes of HE (hepatic encephalopathy)...The bobbing head is definitely something we've experienced here with Miko. Of course he's also had extremely scary episodes which involve full out seizures.
But that video is definitely a familiar sight to us...
