Congrats on your decision! I reverted back to Vegetarianism last Thanksgiving and have been happy with my choice!

I was a vegan for around 6 months, but it was quite difficult. My solution was to find a local dairy farm to buy milk/cheese from where I know the animals are treated humanely. I've also found a local place to buy eggs that way as well. I don't feel comfortable eating soy either after what I've read up on it, so being a vegan without any of those options was too tough for me and I give credit to those who can do it!

I also have been on the search for Thanksgiving recipes, but I think we're just going to stick to the basics (potatoes, veggie stuffing, green bean casserole) and we're doing a roasted vegetable platter. Hubby will still be having turkey though -- he wouldn't budge on that one lol.
