HI , Just wanted to update and ask a question....
Chloe had her vet visit and does have to get some teeth removed
The vet said she was in otherwise great condition. Chloe even let me brush her teeth without to much fuss...and her breath is better because of it !! They will remove her teeth when they spay her. We have it set for after the holidays ! We also are getting our other dog spayed at that time. My new vet told me about the cancer risk etc. with not spaying (something our old vet never told us.) So both girls are getting done.
So my question is ..How do you take care of them after a spaying and teeth removal ? Do they have to be still and not eat ? I know the vet will go over this with me in January , but I just want to have an idea of what to expect. I feel sorry for them already.
How long did it take your pups to recover ? and my Sydney is three now , is it harder for older dogs?
